The Romantic Consultant

 


I do not believe in open relationships. I am a hopeless romantic, straightforward, talented, loyal, organized, gifted, strategist, researcher, and a consultant. I have not provided any dance  performance services since 2016. I do not remember Ms. Cindy Jackson from the Howard University's Upward Bound program from 1992. I was 15 at that time. I do remember Mr. Marvin Sinn  (1987) apprenticing under and Mr. Winston Kennedy from Howard University  (1987). I was 11 years old at that time and a student at NationHouse.

My favorite restaurants have been closed for many years and my favorite food is not French nor Italian. I am an American and an adult. I have had the opportunity to provide numerous services. I do not conduct dating services. I have had the opportunity to work with many children until 2018.

I have many favorite movies on tv.

I am very selective. Only attracted to single straight male over the age of 30. Not interested in dating women, married men, senior citizens nor boys. I am not joking around, playing mind games and entertaining gossip and lies.

Please stop looking at old photos of me because I have thrown away many clothing articles and other items.

Designed and implemented media campaigns for several individuals, small businesses and nonprofit organizations, including the Malcolm X Dancers and Drummers, Esther Productions, Inc., African American Women's Resource Center, and Adams Morgan Day Festival. This involved identifying media contacts; writing press releases and other publicity materials, including posters and flyers; disseminating press kits; and interfacing with reporters and other journalists. Disseminated flyers, press releases, designed and implemented media campaigns for Esther Productions, Inc and Mr. Ralph Nader. Provided research,fundraising and typing services for Kerry S. Blooming Loyalty

Despite how people have treated me, I will always do the right thing because I know how it feels to be pushed aside, isolated, discriminated against and treated as if your words do not matter. I also know from first hand experiences what it means to lose loved ones and much more, but no one bothered to ask me any questions when I was a student, so now you are wondering why I make certain choices. Well, that is none of your business unless you are willing to sweep me off of my feet and show real support.  From picnics in parks to providing services, I have watched my hometown and community change.  I selected the colors red, brown and green to create this piece.

Each color symbolizes transitions and experiences that I have endured. From the lighter hues of blue-green to the darker hues of blue-green with the addition of brown and sap green adding volume to the composition.

Transformative power of art

  1996  Many years ago, I threw away the items shown in this photo.  I attended Corcoran from 1993 - 1997. This photo was taken of me in 1996 when I was still at the Corcoran. I studied fine arts at the Corcoran in the 1980s as well.  The Corcoran Gallery of Art was formally founded as a public institution in 1869 at the intersection of Seventeenth Street and Pennsylvania Avenue. When the Gallery opened its doors in 1874, art students immediately flocked to the museum to observe, sketch, and paint copies of the collection's famous works. In 1878, William Wilson Corcoran donated additional funding to establish a school associated with the Gallery. When Corcoran passed away in 1888, a small building was built for the purpose of the gallery's burgeoning identity as a place for education in the arts.
