“The point of the 2023 movie The Soulmate Search is to expose a dating service as a con and to find justice for those who were misled:

The premise: Ellen, an artist, and Will, a lawyer, are both disappointed with their first dates on the exclusive dating service Eternity. They decide to get their money back, but Eternity is difficult to find and they realize they've been conned.
The outcome: Ellen and Will join forces to expose Eternity and hold them accountable.
