Color of success

“Here are some colors that can be associated with success in the workplace:

Gold or yellow

Can symbolize achievement and prosperity. Yellow can also increase feelings of well-being, enthusiasm, and positivity, which can boost employee performance and productivity. It can also promote creativity and decision-making, and some psychologists say it can help with memory, self-esteem, and optimism. Yellow accents can be used in spaces where creativity is encouraged, such as on walls, or as highlights in desk or wall accessories, art, or plants.

Purple

Can represent success, wealth, wisdom, and royalty. It can also be associated with ambition, which can boost creativity, focus, and efficiency. Dark purple can make employees feel motivated and engaged, especially if they feel like they're representing a prestigious brand. Purple artwork, carpeting, or rugs can all help incorporate the color into the workplace.

Red

Can represent human endeavor, triumph, and achievement. It can give employees a mental productivity boost, especially if their tasks involve physical activity. However, red can also make employees feel anxious, so it's best to use it as an accent in interior design, rather than as the main color.

Soft gray

Can promote a calm and neutral atmosphere, and is associated with balance and focus. It can be a good choice for workspaces where concentration is important, and it pairs well with other colors.”
